Welcome to DSW Manufacturing Inc. In Red Deer, Alberta, Canada.
We manufacture aluminum cabinets for trailers, sprinter vans, outdoor kitchens, grills, and badges, as well as advanced manufacturing projects.
All of our cabinets are drawn up in 3D CAD design for easier customer revision and faster acceptance. From here, everything goes out to our CNC machines with CNC cutting, CNC bending, assembly, and installation.
The way we build the boxes, from the doors, drawers, and the trim, the clips that hold the trim on have been designed and manufactured by us. It is our goal, to make sure that we're doing the best we can.
We love finding new ways to make things better, cleaner, and nicer by putting in the extra time, effort, and materials.

OUR PROCESS
With our state-of-the-art equipment and experienced team, DSW Manufacturing Inc. has become an industry leader, delivering precision on projects of all sizes and complexity while maintaining a commitment to quality work and exceptional customer service.
We have a 5-step process for our custom fabrication and manufacturing:
Consultation: We chat with you to determine your project requirements and provide you with a ballpark quote based on your needs.
Site Measurement: Once you confirm the quote, we will proceed with taking site measurements to ensure that we have accurate dimensions for your project.
Custom Manufacturing: Our team then creates working drawings and begins custom manufacturing your project with precision and attention to detail.
Installation: We have an install bay for trailer and van installations, and we can deliver and install local projects if required. For projects outside of our area, we can package and ship.
Completion: Depending on the scope and complexity of the project, the fabrication and manufacturing process typically takes 4–8 weeks to complete from start to finish.
