FEATHERLITE SNOWBIKE TRAILER

This is the craziest build we have ever attempted. This trailer is heated by a diesel Espar boiler that feeds underfloor heat and a pair of overhead heat exchangers. It also has a diesel Espar air top heater that is ducted throughout a custom clothes drying cabinet. We built custom upper cabinets, installed glass doors, a full electrical system with LED lights, and a custom version of our fold-up table with a drawer in it.

All of our cabinets, including our trailer cabinets are constructed from aluminum and are powder coated on the outside and are bare aluminum inside. All of our trailer cabinet doors and drawers have our in-house designed and manufactured latches, heavy duty 250lb drawer slides, heavy duty concealed hinges, optional drawer dividers and more…..
